We are seeking an experienced shooting sports industry Sales Manager who can effectively develop and support best-in-class customer relations with our current and future customers. The position will be responsible for growing, managing, and supporting all company accounts with a significant focus on expanding sales growth of new accounts.

  • Develop and managing of sales channels, grabbing market share for this unique and patented product, spreading awareness of the product and building the trademark name.
  • Coordinate sales strategy with marketing and advertising efforts and with customer support relations.
  • Provides best-in-class account management by developing, implementing and utilizing sales strategies to grow current and new account portfolio.
  • Introduce new products to all current and future accounts.
  • Prepare and track performance against annual account forecast.
  • Collect and analyze account specific sales data for each account to identify opportunities, gaps and product trends, and continually update management team with findings.
  • Establish and lead compelling sales presentations and demonstrations with current and new accounts
  • Deliver on all monthly revenue goals by utilizing necessary sales tools to ensure margins are being met.
  • Manage accounts inventory and advises adjustments based upon current inventory levels and market conditions.
  • Continuously seeks superior product, industry and competitor knowledge.
  • Shares market information; trends, changing market conditions, competitive activity, and customer initiatives with the management team.
  • Continuously seeks new opportunities to endorse, sell and add value to the company.
  • Travel to conventions, meetings and tradeshows based on business demands.
  • Assists in the preparation of annual sales & marketing budget.

  • Four-year Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years sales experience, including development of new accounts and growing current accounts within the shooting sports industry is preferred.
  • Firearms knowledge strongly preferred
  • Clean background with no criminal record
  • Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to meet sales goals and objectives
  • High energy, creative problem solver able to “get it done”
  • Demonstrated experience of working effectively with a high level of autonomy
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and apply concepts to the management team and accounts
  • Excellent oral communication skills: communicating clearly and persuasively in both positive/challenging situations over the phone and in-person.
  • Excellent written skills: writes clearly and informatively.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint , and a CRM software package

Physical Demands

  • Extensive travel required by car as well as by plane
  • Able to work at a computer for long periods of time
  • Able to work additional hours as needed. (Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may require more than 40 hours per week
  • Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing and speaking English language) to perform the duties proficiently
  • Able to work full-time, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

Dvorak Instruments, Inc. - A world class manufacturer of pneumatic products used globally by top law enforcement and military clients is seeking an experienced3D Draftsman.

This position requires a detail oriented individual with a strong aptitude for computer work who can work well under pressure as a CNC Programmer/Draftsman. Must be well organized, mathematically oriented, have an understanding of basic safety procedures and knowledge of metal machining.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control machine
• Adheres to quality and safety policies and keeps accurate records by maintaining equipment and supplies
• Utilizes company-furnished computer-aided drafting and manufacturing software to create drawings and machine programs of new products and customer samples
• Prioritizes jobs to use time most effectively in order to complete assignments in a timely manner and meet growing demand
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools used in the inspection and manufacture of production parts
• Properly catalogs new and revised drawings
• Troubleshoots CNC machine problems; identifies and implements improvement opportunities for programs by tooling and set-ups of CNC equipment on a continuous basis
• Uses AutoCAD (or similar) software to prepare integrated drawings.

Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• An associate's or technical degree from an accredited institution in CNC programming, CAD, CAE, or related discipline
• Minimum of two years of direct work experience programming and operating CNC equipment and machinery; demonstrated experience with CAD software
• Direct work experience using SolidWorks and MS Office products

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, single variable equations. Ability to apply basic trigonometric concepts such as sine, cosine, tangent . Ability to apply mathematical and trigonometric operations

to such tasks as calculating weights, volumes and determining angular requirements of components.
