Returns & Exchanges

 

NOTICE: We are in the process of restructuring our returns and exchanges process to make it easier and more efficient for you and for us. Thank you for your patience during this time!

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for refunds.

Items NOT eligible for a return:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original packaging.
  • Any item that has been used and is not in the same condition as received.
  • Any item that is missing components or parts for reasons not due to our error.


CoolFire Trainer is designed to work in factory configured pistols. Any damage to the CoolFire Trainer resulting from use or attempted use in non-factory configured pistols voids any return or exchange. The condition of each returned item will be evaluated at the discretion of CoolFire Trainer.

 

If you would like to return or exchange an order, please contact us for a Return or Exchange Form.

 

You only need to fill out a form if you are returning/exchanging/repairing merchandise. If you would like to cancel an existing order that has not shipped yet, contact us, choose 'Returns & Exchanges' and let us know you would like to cancel your order.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 days of approval. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items that are at the same price point, i.e. a Barrel for a different Barrel or a Fill Device for a different Fill Device. If you need to request an exchange, please submit a ticket.

 

Repairs (if applicable)

If you have spoken with our Tech Support team and they deemed you require a repair, please fill out this form and submit it to Returns & Exchanges.

 

Order Cancellation

Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made to the order. You may request to cancel your order and then place a new order with the desired changes.
