TROUBLESHOOTING 1. LEAKS
1. Barrel is leaking from the front center of the fill port
The fill port needs to be uninstalled from the barrel, cleaned by blowing compressed air through it in both directions, and reinstalled. This is a 2 minute repair that requires a fill tip tool, available here.
5. Sodamaker Fill Device leak from the vent hole
Ensure that the body of the Fill Device is fully tightened down against the tank’s brass fitting.
If this doesn’t resolve the leak, the Black Sodamaker Gasket inside the Sodamaker Fill Device
needs to be replaced. This is a simple 2 minute repair. See page 18 of the User Manual,
or click here for factory assistance.
6. Paintball Fill Device leak from the vent hole
The O-ring on the brass fitting of the paintball bottle needs to be replaced. This is a simple 1 minute repair:
See page 18 of the User Manual.
7. Paintball Fill Device leak from around the activation knob
If your Sodamaker Fill Device or your Paintball Fill Device 1 is leaking from around the spindle under the activation knob, the inner O-ring has developed a leak. This O-ring is not easily serviced, so please contact your Dealer for a replacement Fill Device.
