Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened, and unused items purchased at www.coolfiretrainer.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus the shipping & handling. Each return must be authorized by our team first and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Disclaimer
- If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you have initiated the return after the 30-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If we have not received your return within 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, but please note that there are restrictions on some products and countries, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to shipping regulations. These products include all of our Pre-Filled CO2 Tanks.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may vary.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
