Leaks
CO2 Fill Devices
The black gasket needs to be replaced. This is a simple 2-minute repair: See a video by clicking here, or see pages 11-12 in the user manual.
If your CO2 Fill Device is leaking from around the spindle under the activation knob, the inner O-ring has developed a leak. Please contact us or contact the company you bought it from for assistance.
Ensure that the body of the CO2 Fill Device is fully tightened down against the tank’s brass fitting.
If this doesn’t resolve the leak, the black soda maker gasket inside the Soda Maker CO2 Fill Device needs to be replaced. This is a simple 2-minute repair. See page 18 of the User Manual.
The O-ring on the brass fitting of the Paintball CO2 Tank needs to be replaced. This is a simple 1-minute repair: See page 18 of the user manual.
CoolFire Trainer Barrel
The green or red gasket inside needs to be replaced. This is a relatively complex repair: click here to see a video for cleaning instructions, or contact us for factory assistance.
The fill port needs to be uninstalled from the barrel, cleaned by blowing compressed air through it in both directions and re-installed. This is a 2-minute repair that requires a fill tip tool.
An O-ring needs to be replaced. This is a simple 2-minute repair: see page 18 of the user manual.
Lasers
Ensure you tightened the laser on the muzzle. If that did not fix the issue, contact us for assistance.
DO NOT overtighten the set screws. Tighten them carefully by hand with the allen wrench. The screws must touch the diode, but not damage it.
Press the laser housing straight into the muzzle until it stops, then turn to tighten.
The O-ring must be completely inside the muzzle.
Performance Issues
The simplest way to see if there is enough CO2 in your tank is to weigh it. Weigh the tank using the procedure shown on pages 13-14 of the user manual, and see the table below.
The following is a table with the correct weight of an empty and full CO2 Tank:

*Please believe this data. When your CO2 tank is completely depleted, it will still have some CO2 vapor inside, but this will not be enough to fill your CoolFire Trainer for satisfactory training. Simply switch to a new CO2 tank and keep training!

Your CoolFire Trainer should fill with at least 3 grams of CO2. To find out if it is, follow the procedure in this video.
*The amount of CO2 per fill will vary with barrel length, barrel diameter, and use of capacity extenders (Rapid Fill Adapter/Extend-a-Shot).

The CO2 Fill Device activates the flow of CO2. If your CO2 Fill Device features a black knob, ensure it is fully tightened down. If your CO2 Fill Device doesn’t feature a black knob, ensure it is fully tightened down.

The ideal temperature range is from 70°F (19 °C ) when the tank is full towards 86 °F (30 °C) as you deplete the CO2 content. This temperature results in the best pressure, which gives the best fill for the most shots. See this video for an explanation.

An under-lubricated pistol will have excessive friction. Ensure that your pistol is lubricated before using the CoolFire Trainer.
External friction can inhibit slide movement - for example, the shooter’s thumbs. An over-tightened weaponlight on the accessory rail can cause the dustcover to bend and grip the slide. Make sure there is nothing inhibiting the slide from moving before using the CoolFire Trainer.

If you do not see your handgun listed there, then unfortunately we do not have a CoolFire Trainer available for your handgun yet.
However, a few CoolFire Trainer Barrels are compatible with multiple handgun models. This information will be listed in the description of the respective Barrel.
The CoolFire Trainer Barrel is designed to look different than your live barrel to make it easy to distinguish between the two.

Orders
Our team is focused on serving as many customers as possible, and due to the demand, we’re not able to change existing orders.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us. We will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, we can initiate a return for you. We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
"Awaiting Fulfillment" means your order is waiting to be fulfilled. This is usually the process where the order is assembled and packaged up to be ready for shipment.
Shipping
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the speed of delivery is up to the carrier. When you place your order you will be able to see the shipping speed of each carrier.
Once your order is placed, our team works extra hard to get it out the door as quickly as possible. Lead times may vary, but we are determined to get your order shipping in under 1 week. However, certain supply chain issues may result in a longer lead time, and if this is the case our current lead time will be posted in your cart before you checkout.

Returns

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
